Surprise proposal photoshoot on San Giorgio Maggiore island, Venice

I absolutely adore this proposal session for Kyle and Mary!

During our pre-shoot call with Kyle, he chose the stunning San Giorgio Maggiore island for his surprise proposal.

Since a photoshoot wasn't out of the ordinary for them, we had the perfect opportunity to flawlessly orchestrate everything.

Although the rain started at the beginning of the session, but by the time we got to the island the sun came out in the most dramatic way setting up the mood. I set up my phone on a tripod to get some behind-the-scenes video and asked them to pose for me.

While they hugged each other, I discreetly passed the ring behind Mary's back and snapped a few shots.

Then, I asked them to look at each other, it was a signal for Kyle to start the proposal...

and she said YES!
