Celine didn't expect a proposal she just wanted to have some professional photos together from Venice. But Jerome had bigger plans 😍 We planned a surprise proposal at the sunset at San Giorgio Maggiore island after their boat tour in the lagoon. We planned a surprise proposal at Punta della Dogana for 7:00 AM. The scenario: I would pretend to be just another tourist with a camera. Filippo’s cue was to come up and ask me to take a photo of them — and then propose. But at 6:53, just as we all arrived, a group of yogis arrived and was about to start spreading yoga mats around the area. Apparently, today is International Yoga Day — and they had scheduled a big outdoor session at the exact same time and place. So we had to improvise. I approached them with a casual “Do you need help?” — and at 6:55, he proposed. She said yes 💍 Fun part? Barbara is a yoga teacher herself! Big thanks to the yoga group for being so patient and kind — and congratulations to Filippo & Barbara! We take them to capture moment places and significant one….

This surprise proposal made me worry! Weather forecast for this weekend was devastating! 100% chance of rain So I decided not to hope but be ready to enjoy no meter what I made a plan B, C, and D with covered alternative locations and i purchased huge transparent umbrella to be able to pull this off even under the rain! But as it often happens in Venice, the weather has changed last moment, it was a cloudy day but no rain. Stopped being worried about weather since this weekend :) Photoshoot with @flytographer

Do you love red dresses as much as I do? 😍

1️⃣What if the day is not entirely perfect? - Many people put immense pressure on themselves, imagining this day has to be perfect from beginning to end! But what you need to focus on is that after you pop the question, nothing else will matter. Nor weather nor a little quarrel you had in the morning. 2️⃣What if I drop/loose the ring? - I have never witnessed this happening, but if it's something that really worries you, you can opt for insurance or get a duplicate ring. 3️⃣What if I forget what to say? - Most couples won't remember much of the moment because of the adrenaline. Prepare a speech and save on your phone, or write a few flashcards. Or don't prepare anything and speak from the heart! 4️⃣ What if I spoil the surprise? - Your partner probably already suspects that you are about to propose, and that's a good thing! But they would never guess the exact way and moment it will happen, so it will still be magical for both of you. Read the article "How to Keep a Proposal a Secret" (link in bio). 5️⃣ What if they are not WOWed? -You are about to propose in Venice, which is already a high point. But spend some time thinking what can make this proposal special for your love? A special day? song? flowers? place? It's not about how much you spend on decorations. it's about you two! Let’s drift away in the boat of love

One of my favourite bridges in Venice - Ponte Chiodo It's a pretty arched canal footbridge without any balustrades (rails). In the past most bridges in Venice were like this now its the only one left. (There is another one similar Ponte del Diavolo located on the island of Torchello) How to get there: Located in Cannaregio district, visit it on your way to exploring less touristic areas. Closest Vaporetto stop is Ca'D'Orro
